I have been a client of Vincent's since 2005. I would consider myself a more difficult/emotional client in the beginning for Vincent but he always took care of me with dignity, respect and professionalism. When I was 13 years old I went to a place to get a perm. My hairdresser forgot about me with all those chemicals on my head and burnt all my hair off down to the root. I suffered self esteem issues my whole life being a young girl with extremely thin hair. Then I finally found Vincent. We tried different hair systems until I found the one that I loved! It was very difficult for me to sit in his chair and trust him at first after all that I had been through. But he always explained what he was doing and what would be happening next. Now I don't know what I would do without him. Vincent has given me confidence and my self esteem back. I can hold my head up high and not worry about who is starring at my bald spots.
